Ordered this last wk, arrived within 3 days , similar to my previous order. I chew through caps and tees for some reason??, and on receiving the Truckee cap (and bonus staple T thanks to some reward points), it was easy to see that they would last longer than most of my usual kit. Sturdy and heavyweight (both items), very happy. This all additional to my first Earnest order where I bought myself an Xmas gift of the K--Tasker pants, ....which are awesome. Again, heavy duty so just right for my shed tasks, but I'll be using them more on the bike than anything else, which so far have been great on the couple of 200k+ rides I've done. Yes they're stiff but that's a good thing knowing the protection is there, and the fit will soften up after time. The bonus workshop apron is a cracker, pretty sure it won't get anywhere near as much usage as it deserves!, but really handy and the pockets all make sense regarding size and placement. If Earnest start making boots and jocks then I won't need to be shopping anywhere else! Great products and fantastic customer service across both orders.

The product is absolutely perfect and i love it, unfortunately it was posted in a soft bag and was crushed flat.

Snap back strap split thru the holes after wearing once. Excellent customer service, was prompltly sent a replacement which turned up with the same issue out of the bag unfortunately, obviously a supplier quality issue. Overall good hat tho other than that.
